Responsibilities
Develop improved or new designs for equipment and fixtures to assemble automotive components and/or modify existing equipment.
Perform line balancing and labor evaluation activities.
Perform basic ergonomic analysis as required.
Champion manufacturing cost reduction activities, including labor reduction initiatives.
Implement Kaizen activities as appropriate (Reduce WIP, Maintain one piece flow, & Visual management).
